Use of the Website
The content on this website, including text, graphics, images, and other material, is provided for general informational purposes related to Breakaway Retreat events and activities. Photo Submissions and Use
By submitting photos through our shared Google Photos link or otherwise sharing them with us, you grant Breakaway Retreat and InFaith the right to use the photos for promotional and developmental purposes across our platforms, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and our website.
You confirm that any photos submitted are your own or that you have obtained consent from the individuals in the photos to share them.
User-Generated Content
You may submit comments, photos, or other materials to us through our website or social media platforms. By doing so, you grant Breakaway Retreat and InFaith a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or not aligned with the values of Breakaway Retreat.

Mobile Terms of Service
The Breakaway Middle School Retreat mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Breakaway Middle School Retreat (“Breakaway Middle School Retreat,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time; your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of them.
Consent to Receive Messages
By consenting to Breakaway Middle School Retreat’s SMS/text messaging Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Breakaway Middle School Retreat through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Participation is voluntary.
Costs & Frequency
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
Opt-Out & Help
If you have subscribed to other Breakaway mobile programs, you must opt out of each program separately (except where applicable law provides otherwise).
Number Changes
We may change any short code or telephone number used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. Messages you send to a number we have changed (including STOP or HELP requests) may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
Carrier Disclosure
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility & Accuracy
You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If you obtain a new mobile number, you must enroll again with your new number.
Service Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or the Service.
