Retreat Registration is for Groups (Individuals should register through their church or organization)
To register your youth group for Breakaway 2023, please complete the form below.
Who should I list as the contact?
In the form, please provide the name and contact information for the primary youth leader of your group. If someone other than the youth leader is handling registration for your group, please include their name & number as the secondary contact.
What if I don’t know exactly how many people we are bringing?
We understand that most ministries have not yet launched for the fall – so let us know the approximate number of students and adult chaperones you anticipate bringing, so we can be sure to save your spots. As long as you are registered we will let you know as spots become more limited so you can be sure to add numbers to your registration if needed. We do our very best to accommodate additions to your group up until the last minute!
What happens after I register?
After submitting the registration form, you’ll receive a registration packet within 48 hours to finalize details. This will include, the North Bay Medical Release Form (everyone in your group must fill this out and turn them in upon arrival at Breakaway), confirmation of numbers, tentative schedule and receipt of online payment and/or invoice for the $30 per person deposit.

a note regarding processing fees
Please note that Stripe credit card processing or direct bank transfer via Stripe Invoice both incur a processing fee that will be processed at time of check-in. All of the details will be added to your leadership packet information.
