FRIDAY NIGHT
- 7:00—8:30: Arrive & send 1 Leader per group to REGISTRATION (side room in Blackbeard’s Dining Hall)
- 8:30—9:30: Get Settled (snack bar, gym & game room are open & t-shirts for sale)
- 8:45 – 9:10: Leader Orientation (Turkey Point Theater) – please send your primary youth leader & any NEW leaders!
- 9:30-10:30: Club 1 (Turkey Point Theater)
- 10:30 –11:00: Small Groups & To Your Rooms
- 11:00: Silent & Lights Out
SATURDAY
- 7:45-8:15: Leaders’ Meeting (Turkey Point Theater)
- Please have at least 1 adult, preferably 2 adults (1 male & 1 female – if possible) stay with your students during the Leader’s Meetings!
- 8:30-9:15: Breakfast (Blackbeard’s Dining Hall)
- 9:30-10:45: Club 2 (Turkey Point Theater)
- 10:45-12:15: Small Groups then Free Time (volleyball, open gym, game room, frisbee)
- 12:15-1:00: Lunch (Blackbeard’s Dining Hall)
- 1:00-4:30: Free Time (adventure elements, open gym, craft room, snack bar)
- 4:30 – 5:00: Leader’s Meeting (Turkey Point Theater)
- 5:00-5:45: Dinner (Blackbeard’s Dining Hall)
- 6:00-7:30: Club 3 (Turkey Point Theater)
- 7:30-8:30: Small Groups
- 8:30-9:15: Mission Impossible (Turkey Point Theater)
- 9:00-10:15: S’mores on the Beach
- 9:30-10:30: Dodgeball in Gym – OPTIONAL
- 10:30: Everyone To Rooms
- 11:00: Silent & Lights Out
SUNDAY
- 8:30-9:00: Leaders’ Meeting (Turkey Point Theater)
- 9:00 – 9:30: Clean Rooms
- 9:30-10:00: Breakfast (Blackbeard’s Dining Hall)
- 10:00-11:30: Club 4 (Turkey Point Theater)
- 11:30-12:00: Small Group (for churches that would like to meet)
- 12:00: Head Home!
